By purchasing a ticket to attend this event, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Refund Policy: Attendees may request a full refund of their ticket purchase up to 45 days before the event start date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. After the 45-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or other personal circumstances.
- Liability Waiver: Attendee acknowledges and agrees that their attendance and participation in the event is voluntary. Attendee assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of their participation. Attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges the event organizers, staff, speakers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from, result from, or be related to their attendance or participation in the event.
- Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice. Attendee acknowledges and agrees that no refunds or compensation will be provided for any such changes.
- Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, Attendee agrees that their sole remedy shall be a refund of the ticket purchase price. Attendee further agrees that the event organizers, staff, speakers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any additional damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Attendee as a result of the event cancellation, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
- Governing Law: These Ticket Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By purchasing a ticket to this event, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Ticket Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase a ticket for this event.
